         The Cottage
 

The cottage was built as the crab shanty for Stanley Marshall in 1948 from the lumber of the Sedge’s Point Light house and has been transformed into a charming two bedroom cottage.It was a work of love and every room reflects the nautical heritage of Smith Island.
